Hello Catholic Young Adults! SAVE THE NEW DATE! The weather is getting a bit nicer and you’re probably itching to get out and enjoy some of it! Well you are in luck; we are going to hike at Lake Arcadia (just East of Edmond)! It will be a great time to hang out, pray, and enjoy Gods creation! We will meet up somewhere central in OKC and carpool to the trails! The idea is to bring your own lunch and start out the morning hiking until we feel it’s a good time to eat. After lunch we can hike further and see where the trails take us! This is considered to be a beginner’s hike for all abilities. The cost would be very minimal with gas contribution and the hiking fee being a total of less than $10 per person! Please let us know if you can make it, so that we have an idea of who is planning to attend and how to plan the carpooling! We will reach out to each person who is interested with more details and where we will carpool from! We hope you can join!

Due to the inclement weather of last week we had to cancel Theology on Tap at the last minute. However, Fr. Brashears is available this Thursday so we have rescheduled his talk. Please come join us! Here’s a little more info about the event in case you missed the details the first time:
Satan and his demons are everywhere, but there’s more that you can do to protect yourself besides praying The Prayer of St. Michael. Fr. Chris Brashears from St. Eugene’s parish in Oklahoma City will be talking about some spiritual strategies that we can use to defend ourselves against the constant threat of Satan and his demons.
Join us for our most popular event. There will be beer, BBQ, and lots of fellowship. We hope to see you all there!
There will also be adoration available before and after ToT at St. Joseph’s Old Cathedral (one block west of Blu’s BBQ). If you are interested in joining and need the door code, please text/call Dominic Hoang (405-204-1012)

You may be asking, tertiary? The tertiary structure of proteins? Probably not… I’ve got it! The Tertiary period of the Cenozoic Era!
This is hopeless… Somebody please just tell what this Catholic Conversation will be about!
Sure thing! This month we will discuss how and why you would become a tertiary, that is, a lay person who becomes a member of a religious order by joining its Third Order. We hope to delve into a discussion about discernment, vocation, paths of spirituality, and how it all relates back to possibly becoming a tertiary.
Not sure you are called to join a third order? Join anyways as we talk discernment and vocations or discovering which of the 4 paths to spirituality best fits you!
We will meet at St. Francis of Assisi in the Meerschaert House on the second floor! Map shown in the event comments!
